If penguins are your thing, then why not adopt a penguin or give the gift of penguin adoption to someone for Christmas or a birthday.
Volunteer Point is currently home to approximately 1,200 adult King penguins and 345 chicks and is one of the most popular tourist locations in the Falklands. By adopting a penguin you can help to fund conservation of this area and protect these glorious creatures.
The Falklands Conservation group supports research programmes to monitor the penguins in order to establish and eradicate potential threats to their survival and prevents undue disturbance to their habitat.
When you adopt a penguin, you get an adoption pack that makes both an educational and rewarding gift.
You can do it quickly and easily online through BuyaGift.
On purchasing the penguin adoption, a gift pack is sent to the address of your choice containing a personalised A4 certificate, Penguin pin badge, cuddly toy, post cards and information sheets.
