Agenda - Globalisation and Development

Ekklesia was one of the first members of makepovertyhistory, and has commented widely on the values and thinking behind the idea of ‘Jubilee’ and debt remission. It has also taken part in debates over the idea of apology and whether Britain should ‘apologise’ for her part in the transatlantic slave trade, the effects of which are still felt by the continent of Africa.
