Police round-ups continue during Street Child World Cup

I have just had news from Joe Baker, who is in Durban, South Africa, helping to run the Street Child World Cup.

He reports that this morning, Durban's Metro police continued to round-up street children. This is despite the positive impact of the Street Child World taking place, which aims to highlight their plight.

One of the fears in the run up to the World Cup, was that Street Children would be cleared from the streets, as the country prepares for the visitors and tourists. You can watch what is happening here:
