Ekklesia is delighted to announce that we will be running both the script and podcasts from five short Easter talks on Premier Christian Radio by our friend and contributor, Harry Hagopian, former executive secretary for the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC) and now an ecumenical, legal and political consultant for the Armenian Orthodox Church.
The focus will be on the life, experience and witness of the often-forgotten historic Christian communities across the Middle East - 13 million of them.
These will also be linked under our Easter tag here: http://www.ekklesia.co.uk/tags/2534
The 'thought for the day' style 2-3 minute reflections will be broadcast twice a day from 5-9 April 2010. You can listen live on line at http://www.premierradio.org.uk/
Our thanks to Ian Turner and PCR, as well as Harry himself, for making these talks available.
Dr Harry Hagopian is also involved with ACEP, the Paris-based Christians in Political Action (http://www.chretiensenpolitique.eu/). His own website is called Epektasis (http://www.epektasis.net/).
