A petition to HM Government to exclude vulnerable, severe and enduring mental health sufferers from disability benefit assessments in 2013 has been launched on the e-government website:

After a short time it is already heading towards 5,000 signatories, and is aiming at 100,000 by March next year.

A twitter promotion is taking place this weekend, with #SignSaveLives hashtag mass tweets being organised for Sunday 16 December at 8pm and Monday 17 December, also at 8pm.
