Equality and religious freedom

'Equality and religious freedom: what accommodation is reasonable?' is the title of an important meeting on Tuesday 4th February, 6.30pm, at the House of Commons, Westminster, in Committee Room 15.

The event is being organised by the Cutting Edge Consortium, of which Ekklesia is a member, and the speakers will be: Karon Monaghan QC, Matrix Chambers; Carola Towle, National LGBT Officer for UNISON, and Frank Cramner, Honorary Research Fellow at the Centre for Law and Religion, Cardiff Law School.

Cutting Edge Consortium (CEC) is an alliance of faith and secular organisations campaigning for equality and against faith based homophobia and transphobia.
