Parliamentary briefing: a new year of war?

On Monday 19 January 2015, Jeremy Corbyn MP is hosting a meeting in the House of Commons to look at the new war stirrings in the light of recent global events.

A number of MPs will be speaking, along with commentators including Seumas Milne (Guardian columnist), Andrew Murray (Unite the union), Sami Ramadani (Iraqi exile, writer, activist) and Ahmed Ali (Legal Officer for the Bahrain Institute for Rights and Democracy).

The meeting will look especially at the Middle East and the long term prospects for peace. It is being supported by the Stop the War Coalition UK.
