New website for Ekklesia

When Jonathan Bartley and Simon Barrow set up Ekklesia thirteen years ago, they began with just one webpage. Since then the site has grown into an amazing resource with over 20,000 pages, and is the hub of what we do.

It is critical to our work. We always aim to provide commentary, news and research that is relevant and thoughtful. We are repeatedly told how valued it is, enabling discussion that is "informed, reasoned, and sincerely felt" in a wide range of areas. In particular, people often comment on the news section which often reports stories that are not available elsewhere.

We work hard to provide this level of content, which we hope you enjoy. We are also aware however, that the site needs an urgent redesign, to help people access what is there more effectively. Accordingly we have commissioned Netuxo to design us a new look. We are hoping that we will be ready to launch next month (July 2015).

We are a small organisation and every aspect of managing the website costs money. Editing, curating and website maintenance are regular outlays. But our biggest expenditure for 2015 will be this new design, which will cost us at least £2,000.

Can you help us do it? Even a small donation would really assist us in being able to ensure that our information is available and reaches the biggest audience possible.

If you are able to assist please send your donation, marked "Website" to Ekklesia, Bloomsbury Central Baptist Church, 235 Shaftesbury Avenue, London WC2H 8EP or by donating via our Paypal account here.

Thanks in advance for your help!
