In a letter to NUS President Gemma Tumelty, dated 21st December 2006, Education Minister Bill Rammell MP said that Ekklesia's Report 'United We Stand'; "provides a very helpful picture of the issues lying behind the disputes on a few campuses."
"I am encouraged that Ekklesia believe there is some common ground and I think that teh recommendation to try and solve these disputes through local mediation is quite right."
