Church Action on Poverty's 25th Anniversary Celebrations

A service of celebration for the 25 years of witness, work and advocacy for the poor and the Gospel.

The service will be lead by the Dean of Manchester Cathedral, Rev Rogers Govender, with an address by Deacon Lewis Rose, Chairperson of Church Action on Poverty and Coordinator of Scottish Churches Industrial Mission. Also taking part will be Paul Goggins MP for Wythenshawe, current junior Minister in the Northern Ireland Office and CAP’s second National Coordinator (1989 – 1997).
