Once in a generation, people get a chance to make radical and significant changes to the country's political fabric, says Power 2010. This is such a time.
With electoral reform on the agenda, widespread disillusionment following the scandals over MP's expenses and the general election fast approaching, there is an opportunity to influence, right now, how our political system will be shaped for decades to come.
Ekklesia is part of POWER 2010 (http://www.power2010.org.uk/), a fresh campaign to mobilise people to push democratic reform up the political agenda.
In the run up to the election, Power 2010 will be asking all Parliamentary candidates to sign the Power 2010 pledge of reform - a promise by the people, for the people - to which we will hold them accountable after they enter office.
The contents of that pledge are up to you.
A few weeks ago, Power 2010 held a meeting with people from across the UK to sift through the 4,500 proposals they had received. The final list of 29 proposals has now been published and you can vote for as many of them as you would like.
The top five will be put to all candidates standing at the general election.
