Just Hope

Do you want to make a difference? Come and be equipped to call for justice in our world. This training day will include inspiration, practical workshops and a focus on campaigning for and with asylum-seekers.

Organised jointly by CAP, SPEAK and Hope 08, the day will include:

- a talk from local charity the Boaz Trust, introducing the issues facing asylum-seekers;
- guidance on how to "bust the myths" and negative stereotypes around people seeking asylum;
- small-group training sessions covering press and communications, campaigning skills, motivating churches, and supporting people with their asylum cases.

Lunch is included. Price for the day is £10 per person
