The Archbishop of Westminster is asking Catholic schools to plan for '100 Days of Peace' during the forthcoming London Olympic Games.

Local anti-nuclear campaigners will march around the perimeter of the Olympic Park this Saturday (10 July) and stage a symbolic 'die in' to highlight the threat posed by the regular movement of nuclear waste trains through London, including through the Olympic site.

More than 200 people are still sleeping on the streets of central London despite policies to stop them bedding down which have included spraying them with water.
