Christians from many denominations joined protest rallies in more than 50 cities around the world this weekend, calling on world leaders at the UN Climate Change Conference in Bali to effectively tackle the threat of global warming.
People across Great Britain are to join a 1,000-mile protest march over climate change. The "Cut the Carbon" march organised by Christian Aid is the longest protest march in UK history.
A march is to take place in two months time, involving the Archbishops of Canterbury and York, to express repentance for the Church of England's complicity in the slave trade.
