Christians are pushing ahead with plans for a ring of prayer at the eviction of Occupy London Stock Exchange, even if the bailiffs are sent in at night-time.

Legal action by the City of London Corporation to evict the Occupy camp at St Paul's Cathedral is "draconian", the Court of Appeal has heard.

Occupy London has left the office block it took over at the weekend, after finding out that it was indeed in the process of renovation for domestic use.

Over 250 people have already pledged to join a circle of prayer around the Occupy camp near St Paul's Cathedral if it faces forced removal by bailiffs or police.
