Much as it is an understatement to say that I was shaken by the terrorist attacks in Paris in November 2015, so it is the case with the terrorist assaults on Brussels earlier this month.

Amnesty calls for reform of Northern Ireland abortion law
Amnesty International has said it will study new draft legal guidance on abortion to be published by Northern Ireland’s Department of Health and has repeated its call for urgent reform of the region’s restrictive abortion law. It was announced yesterday that the Northern Ireland government will finally publish the long-awaited draft guidance.
