Buy or give an acre of rainforest by clicking here

A great present for Christmas, a birthday or anniversary is to give an acre of rainforest on someone else’s behalf.

This can be done quickly and easily online through the Worldland Trust whose Patron is David Attenborough.

The Worldland Trust takes direct Action to save threatened habitats including tropical forests, by buying it, acre by acre.

Supporters and sponsors of the World Land Trust have now helped to save over 350,000 acres of wildlife habitats including tropical forests, coastal steppes and wetlands.

Right now, they are working to create new reserves to save threatened habitats in Brazil, Ecuador and India.

Only 7% of the Atlantic rainforest remains intact so Worldland Trust are working to increase the Guapi Assu reserve in Brazil to save one of the last locations where original forests remain intact.

80% of Ecuador’s tropical forests are already gone and the Indian Elephant is endangered
so Worldland Trust is also working to safeguard a corridor of tropical forest to enable the safe passage of elephants.

You can give an acre of rainforest on someone else’s behalf quickly and easily at the Worldland Trust website.
